Nov 2009: Uptime SLA not met :-(

As we couldn't reach 99.9% uptime in Nov 2009 as we promise in our SLA, we have extended the hosting service to one more month for all our hosting clients. Interestingly, this downtime (of 19+ hours on Nov 13) was caused not due to some technical reasons , but was due to the delayed payment for our server (thanks to the economy!). This has been taken care of now, as it has already affected our uptime history.
